    • Performed Encounter Data management functions surrounding Medicare Advantage (RAPS/EDPS) and ACA (EDGE) data submissions critically important for Risk Scores/Risk Adjustment
    • Ensured complete data submissions to CMS, the States of OR and WA, and data transfers to 3rd parties
    • Took the small team from minimal documentation and no list of all functions performed to all processes documented in OneNote and using Microsoft Planner for regular task management
    • Used SQL (SSMS), Python, Visual Studio SSIS packages, VS Code, and Excel to import/export/transform data
    • Example of creating automated processes with Python: Loading flat files of regularly-received reports to database tables using glob, database connections, calling stored procedures with passed variables, and SQL
